Has anyone else had the experience with Dyshidrotic eczema where everything you try works for 1-2 weeks and then just stops working?

I've had constant pompholyx flare ups since November 2021 (currently in June 2022 for anyone seeing this later) and they get better with 1-2 weeks of whatever new cream or ointment I've been put on or has been given to me by a friend or family member and then they flare up and I can barely bend my fingers, if at all.

There’s something really satisfying about opening a new tube of moogoo eczema cream. Maybe coz it’s one of the very few things that I repurchase a lot but takes me a while to go through or just knowing how much it’s gonna help 💕
