its crazy that you said gaslight district had tight writing for an indie show, because i had the exact opposite experience. I feel like i never understood how their plan would make it okay for the main girl to be human? The logistics of it never feel like they made sense to me. But now I'm wondering if that was a failure of my comprehension, and not a failure of the shows writing?
tbf we were coming off of murder drones and meta runners lol. i still think it made emotional sense and like, felt like an actual story where things happen for reasons, in spite of any plot holes or whatever.
