" -- why do I have to work with him? He's only been a trainee for a few months and you're already pairing him up with me."
Jung Woo Jin's eyes focused on the expensive looking carpet that decorated the CEO's office as his supposed partner rambled on, clearly disapproving with the sudden request to start their training together. They were supposed to debut as a duo, but Siwoo seemed to have other wishes. A while later, both of them were entering the practice room. Jin was the last one in so he quietly shut the door behind him and then turned around to face the heated male.
However, he hadn't expected him to be so close -- he almost ran right into him. His face was merely inches from Woo Jin's, causing him to widen his eyes out of surprise. "Look, I don't care what he says -- even if he thinks you're good enough to debut so early, I'll be watching you. If you disappoint me, then I won't hesitate to complain. You might even get kicked out if I give proof."
At the threat, his eyes narrowed into smaller shapes. It wasn't the first time he had been threatened, but it was the first time he had to work alongside someone that clearly didn't like him. Woo Jin was quiet; he had no reason to backtalk in this position, especially when he thought what Siwoo was saying happened to be right.
He, too, didn't understand what was so special about him that pushed his debut forward so fast. It was only a few months away and he hadn't joined the company that long ago. There were other trainees that had been there for years and they had yet to have any plans towards debuting. It wasn't fair, but it was what was happening.
"I don't know what I did for you to not like me, but.." Woo Jin leaned forward as well, their noses nearly touching. Despite his agreement toward what his member was saying, he wasn't going to back down.
"Just watch. I'll show you what I'm capable of." It was a sudden surge of confidence, something that only came with the title. "When I'm finished training, I won't be Jung Woo Jin. I'll be JB, the super idol of OZ entertainment."
And with that, he pushed past Siwoo to start working on the choreo that he'd been learning with the coach the past week, leaving him rather bewildered and slightly amused with the boy's words. He would be watching.
