I loathe the EA app. Didn’t have any issue installing it and all my games appeared to show up properly. Until I tried to play DA2 today, a game I have had no problems playing on Origin many times in the past.
Half the time, the game says it’s launching and just...doesn’t. Other times, it says it’s launching, then finally tells me cloud storage is full (I don’t even have cloud storage set up and can’t figure out where to turn it off, no need for that, kthx) and then gives me the option to use local data, which then launches the game. Which works fine, until I get somewhere with a cutscene. Then we just get into an infinite loading loop and the game has to be forcibly closed with F4.

I played Sims 2 for the first time in years today and I sceramed like a fucking child those were the two happiest hours of my life and then it crashed and won't start anymore

there are three types of da fans rn:
Type A) has already enhanced the screenshots forty six times, scrabbling through pages and pages of lore, writing amazingly detailed and thorough analyses of the images which have been flipped frontwards, backwards, and through the time and space continuum, and are making detailed meta and predictions
Type B) disappointed, but soldiering on, rb content to keep their hopes up, salty with bioware but enjoying the lore produced and glad to hear anything at all, doing their best™️
Type C) rolls in on heelies drinking vodka from a silly straw, tips down their sunglasses to look at the screenshots before shaking their head and heeling their way into the sunset
