!! Y’all !! Did you know that NASA is basically working on a warp drive? Like from Star Trek. So this sci fi nerd and physicist, Miguel Alcubierre came up with something called an Alcubierre metric tensor which basically allows us to move a 100x the speed of light without ACTUALLY moving faster than the speed of light so we don’t break any rules of the universe. And NASA has been studying the Alcubierre metric, looking for the bubbles of Alcubierre metric and how the space ripples. They’re trying to find a proof of concept!!!! So (way, way, WAY into the future) interstellar travel will be possible!! For humans!!
At the time the theory has a lot of issues because we don’t understand gravity and dark energy well but there is a chance y’all where we’ll have space ships. And it won’t just be science fiction!!
