So far today...
I had Special K for breakfast. Then I ran for a solid twenty minutes for as fast as I could. My legs felt amazing after that. For lunch, I had two small pork sliders. Unfortunately, the rolls were white bread instead of whole grain. Beans, two pieces of corn bread, salad, and pineapple. My snacks included a peanut butter sandwich and then two graham crackers. Still have dinner to get through. My day hasn't been too bad when it comes to eating. I wish I could do more exercise but it's hard when no one will come with me to the gym since I'm in Syracuse and don't know where the gyms are. Luckily, I'll be home tomorrow and I can snuggle back into my routine. :) sigh of relief, since I'm one pound away from losing my first five pounds and two pounds away from getting out of the 140s.
