I’ve had such a terrible day / been so distressed today that I just need to steth or be gently held by someone and earsteth them to forget about everything and be there in the moment - either. Certainly not wishing to listen to myself tonight because I’d better forget that I’m alive and I’ve felt this idiotic heart too much and beating too fast already.
