In your recent video you list impactful moments in media like Nina's arc from FMA, so I wanted to ask: what are your top choices of media that inspired you? Top shows or movies, top artists? What have you seen that made you want to create and push the boundaries of expression further?

Oh man, this is such a loaded topic for me and can get easily very lengthy… so media that inspired me I would not say is necessarily equal to “good” for me, unfortunately, and I say this as someone who WANTS to find good stories to chew on because I am actually starving here.

I CRAVE a good world-building story with deep characters that I can latch onto and be with and they can be with me, but I find it very hard to enjoy things if they aren’t helping me feel like I can actualize my own existence here, and nothing really has once I left grade school because my experiences long surpassed where humanity’s seemed to peak.

I long for stories and media that doesn’t just exist to be some over-stayed, bland storytelling you need to “dissertate” to PRETEND it said something no one can even agree on or be sure of without it even ever saying anything (and god am I sick of having to analyze media that isn’t saying anything to try to get people to learn why it isn’t saying anything so I can TRY to explain how we could be doing more) but exists to bring me and others around me to actualize how we can be living our lives and experiencing an seeing and sensing for anything beyond this society’s peak existence of justifying dying after you retire from your slavejob.

Even our dark, mature media hardly goes beyond lamenting on how tragic the world is while everyone is deliberately enabling the worst people to keep cutting us down further and even turn us against one another- and we’re supposed to learn, apparently, that a story just existing to be gruesome is this amazing, profound think-piece, but really it’s saying nothing other than pointing out the obvious to remind us of our helplessness to human mediocrity and stopping it there while people pick and choose who to point their pitchforks at if you want to explore meaning beyond just saying that blandly (I would know).

To me, most media feels like it skips over actualizing what I think is really needed to be said in it: creating complete, breathtaking other worlds from a mind’s imagination: a non-tangible part of reality not living to be bound in our physucks that can be here more fully to stay as parts of our lives and that can actually move us to want to meet each other and society more in ways literally can only be dreamt of because we don’t do it, even when our imaginations of potential are sitting right there, for some god forsaken reason. This might not make sense but I hope it does. It’s a hole for me having to over-explain every single idea because people don’t really understand what these ideas could be I find more often than not.

In pre-existing stories, I can find components or ideas or feelings that start to produce the start of these connections for me, but I’ve never in my life felt a story fold all I think it has to fold into it to really be making us see our lives beyond this shit. This is why I’m so heartbroken when I try to meet my own stories.. I’ve been forced out of my own chance to show what I really think any story needs to be for a deeper communication to a world that otherwise can’t idea or start these themes by not even being given the full stability to make it happen, nor can I get anyone to even play along with interest that art like this could exist to want to even learn what I want to make if I spoke about it.

Fun fact, a lot of physicists are directly inspired by sci-fi and fantasy media moreso than the logistics of our science (because humans refuse to believe in the fuckery that is quantum mechanics proving reality is a fucking broken logic) and it is where they carry ideas that motivates them to think of what we could have pushed for more of. Like when you think of interstellar space travel or portal guns and ride that high from a mind’s imagination, a mind’s fiction, not what is tangibly around it, then our minds try to tinker with those concepts to invent things that do come to life.

Oh, humans don’t have wings? Don’t worry, we have imagination so someone found time to be a lunatic about us flying and now we have shitty metal planes and spaceships. So clearly it wasn’t a waste of existence to put bizarre concepts in a story because that’s where it begins to change our physical world because you can’t surpass limitations if you don’t think or invent outside of them even if reality here tries to be a pieceofshit and claim it’s going to cap you with “classical laws” or some shit- hey quantum mechanics whatinthefuckshit- anyways,

That’s why great story can’t be understated. It is literally that window that grants us imaginations to start building more here and breaking our own ideas of what is story-possible. It will leech a mind’s imagination into a form that can visualize, entertain, actualize something so much greater than just what is stopping us all around us. And that’s why I care so much.

Fun Fact: I actually fully understand this reality better than anyone here and I will keep proving it. If you can read and quote me and understand, I can tell you how to move your mind to grab another reality to innovate a new existence. urwelc. Watch out, you need to actually teamwork.

The only thing these bodies and minds around me are capable of (the things that claim to be humans with humanity) is destruction. you can't even hold your own ideas like you cherish them, you just rip everything apart, that's why we have all these pieces to characters and stories that move you to create passions and "escapism" and dreams into reality to then physical, tangible ways of living or wonderful innovations and inventions that hold a way to change how we live for the better that get broken when you fucks all touch it and then essentially stored in people that misuse them and/or corporations that copyright them, shelf them, or destruct them so they can't even exist outside a quick blip in our history then starkly become forgotten.

How many times have amazing inventions been kicked out of our society all together because the corporations didn't see them as good for profit because they improved lives? How many times do entertainment studios purchase people's "original IPs" (because you didn't actually invent it, try me) through the idea of pitching then shelf them to never even be allowed to be used by the creator? How many times have these thigs rebooted the shows we supposidely loved only for them to be sanitized and stripped of the entire feeling and wonder that the old ones had and visibly, tangibly devolve in definable quality but also lack the senses and feelings that made them move minds in a different way of living in the first place? Tip: It's not a nostalgia blinder, stories carry actual communication from something out of this reality that give minds the amazing ability to move in different ways and evolve and invent in different ways and live their lives in different ways (hello inspiration?) and it's objectively being broken in its "sources" so those feelings cannot continue to exist and amass in the world to create a different feeling and sensory input on a larger scale that creates a different perception of reality, and by extension a different way of feeling your outer and inner world out, becoming more of it, then moving more of that love into the world around you by creating and inventing with it so everyone is now living in a wonderland or utopia instead of magnificent TrumpTrashElonMuskAmazon hell. Wake up, the concept of a billionaire is so fucking CARTOONY it doesn't even code itself as this kind of world-building you stupid fucks. It's being pulled here from elsewhere to just carnage everything while you all don't even have sensory signals to idea and notice its happening. It's made as a cartoon, why do certain people look like caricatures? Because they ARE CHARACTERS, they are fucking characters, and you lice all dress the same because you're the NPCs who can't even devolve properly to get out of the fucking way, and people who grab character minds still get miscoded by whatever stupid NPC group mis-senses them. Wow this needs a lot of lore. So my point is, these wonderful ideas that come from accessing a non-tangible sensory input that is tunneling you to something otherworldly that you're too stupid to realize, is not being used by the world around us to draw up a different day to day life. Our society could live like any of the fantasy shows we fucking talk about if you just decided that was our day to day life and the collective moved it, now think outside behaviors because how do behaviors influence how you build and invent and connect? or lack thereof. So instead these senses that can actually cheat reality and change everything and have the most magic feelings to move minds to be passionate and influenced and inspired to change everything are placed in bullshit like broken cheaply-made branded-for-ugly-kids exclusively "cartoons" and TV then stall their production and then keep them away from people then bury them so they never breach containment because they are locked to that IP, locked to that era, forgotten by the new bullshit walking over it.

Because no one can even recreate the feelings the original ideas that contained even if they revisit it, even after they "reboot" them (they wipe it and sanitize it) then hold anyone else hostage who tries to move those existences more fully into this outer world. Don't believe me, look at fucking physics and tell me what it's doing, where did Physics of The Impossible by Michio Kaku come from? Media influence. Where did media influence come from? You fuckers weren't inventing these concepts something gave them to you because they tangibly exist in another plane of reality that is just setting its senses here for you idiots to tap into it. That's how real this is and no one is even fucking interested in behaving like they want to learn how to grab more minds (except for me, look at how many fucking ideas and different feelings and characters and minds i've pulled through my content alone in a few videos, nope you don't watch because you can't access those senses even to see me using them, shame.)

Wake up. What the fuck are feelings? No one even talks about that enough. How do your stories and eras contain an entire feeling and coding that everyone collectively moves with to create the same ideas and when you look past the physical objects the behavior under it is with a feeling that is actually not even related to an emotion, an entire world and wonder is in it that clearly doesn't get sent to most people here otherwise they'd have caught it and tried to hold onto it instead of keep breaking it and walking over it. Stories carry unique senses and energies and ideas and feelings that do not exist in our physical world around us despite the lies that we learn from our surroundings, you don't because you can't even piece what your own body is doing on a minute to minute basis or freaking know what your physics is doing or even your own thoughts. You are all grabbing another sensory signal that puts those feelings and flows to you and gifts you a mind and energy that you can move your actions and behaviors with (some better others terrific others fucked up) then in my existence, if I get the feeling and idea, something yanks them away before I can move with it and then i find out something else made it not long after only now it's a shit and broken version.

Bizarre take is how this exploded with commentaries about how "indie animation" dialogue is all Like That because people don't have enough life experience to know how to write, which is an incredibly broad generalization and not a real argument because you couldn't actually ever know what each individual's life was like, and maybe some of these individuals have serious life experience you couldn't conceptualize, but just didn't know how to write by your standards regardless.

And i'll hand it to you all now: Your real lives don't have much life experience by design because no one wants to say anything outside of their life experience which is actually quite literally, to your denial, just scrolling social media's carnage like everything my poor eyes had to read above, along with going to their zoom call class or j*b to stagnate, then retire (if they were born in a different generation and/or hyper-specific circumstance with a definite different definition of liveable wage) and die, no matter where in the world you are. I don't even think you learn much by acquiring life experience by say, going sky-diving or eating out.

Even starting a family doesn't count as engaging life experience to use for making a cartoon series to people who know changing diapers all day and hearing your child tantrum doesn't give a good enough story (the creator of Rugrats didn't even segway into day to day life experience when those babies went on their adventures, she tapped into a wildly different sensor called using her mind imagination drafted over the mundane routine of caring for a baby).

Do any of you actually realize a lot of better comedy writing or more unearthing of "who these characters are" dialogue isn't even exchanged by getting more "life experience"? It's a different skillset altogether in being able to just have storytelling skills which are not even needing you to go outside as long as your imagination and ability to articulate situations within you is large enough to be an endless reservoir of potentiality. Another topic for another time.

So to put my point to the test: why is all real life "human dialogue" Like That? You know, meaningless small talk that doesn't even enable these individuals to meet each other beyond just having superficial shared interests or work stories or gossip that is a grievance on my ears and never further elaborates or gives space for a human being to begin existing in front of each other with their own individuality beyond that sentence-structure routine. However, on rare occasions, sometimes human dialogue evolves and we'll be gifted the dropping of a new slang that everyone uses straightforwardly like oomf.

Which, you'd then all proceed to jump on social media to vague how "oomf on my feed is being cringe for enjoying that "indie animation" episode with dialogue written Like That" in the same sentence intended to criticize someone enjoying a comedy indie animation story where a character written to be in that relevant era uses the proper, realistic lingo like oomf in a sentence.. replaying the exact way you actually all talk, while pretending no one talks Like That.

So my point to all of this, is that by design, there is an entire discourse happening around an idea that isn't defined to begin with because everyone is cleverly dissing ""indie animation" dialogue for being Like That" because they assume "Like That" means "bad" and then further hallucinate the reasoning for it, as well as the answer being that the writers haven't "gone outside" and "acquired enough life experience" to say anything purposeful in their writing. But brokenly, this idea is essentially broadly over-generalizing an entire community that writes cartoons and indie animation pilots that can each have a radically different acquiring of life experience irrelevant to their writing abilities, which is a concept incomprehensible to the people who likely do not even have life experience either because they can't notice they are hallucinating a whole story and discussion with points that didn't even happen without awareness of their own way of talking to each other.

So clearly, you don't have life experience in going outside and noticing even what is actually happening around you or through you. So the deeper problem is actually this: why are you all hallucinating an irrelevant, answer with no basis around a discussion about a topic that didn't even have its parameters of what "Like That" means defined (my assumption was "bad") and needed to not even be pressed as a part of this statement? You're all discussing an imaginary point and not even using your imaginations as well as the creator of Rugrats who wrote about babies talking and going on adventures, irrelevant to her feelings of her real life being personally uninteresting by the granted life experience of mundanely raising two kids.

Now, along all of that, I do have an opinion on indie animation dialogue and I will state it from my own words: why is indie animation dialogue all "Like That"?

What does that mean to begin with when I personally say “Like That”? That I think it’s about as engaging as any other mainstream cartoon, adult “life experienced” media, or highly praised classic literature. Which is to say, no more engaging than your real life way of talking or behaving.

So let me try my vision: why is all human dialogue “Like That” forcing all indie animation dialogue to be “Like That”?

reasons i know no one is alive and aware they exist: if people are, they'll want to understand things around them, and know what is happening to others and want to know who others are and what those others are ideaing and feeling and seeing around them. To put a picture together, you have to show interest in what others are doing and seeing and feeling and everyone is simply walking off not even wanting to pretend they learned anything about anyone. They don't even want to understand how others are making sense of their surroundings, they literally can't even care to regurgitate what they are taught in schools technically otherwise there'd be a more innate interest in analysis and finding new ideas, or even wanting to explore what new things are happening.

It's so backwards here I doubt you asshats even know what that means if you're behaving like a pos who won't even care what another body and mind is saying and doing and putting around you in their inner worlds. What do I do to know if someone actually still exists as the person I knew? People are turning into blank minds that can't even remember their own lives in front of me, and I am not able to even get them to touch anything I say to them about who they are as they always lived, even my old friends don't look like they are even here anymore, but like a empty cardboard cutout took their place.

I have friends who were so smart and so dissertation-minded they would never give up on talking about everything around them with me,

and now they walk like they never even had a memory to begin with and behave completely like they went through a dissociative fugue and just became a new identity. This has happened to me nonstop, everyone I knew. Every. Single. Person.

Not even a "I don't like you" anymore situation, but completely vanished from their own lives. What is happening is not just them but the fact that I can't find a face that can idea this is even a thing as they became it is really fucked. Even more fucked, it might be just me getting this situation because people seem to be blissfully unaware otherwise. Where is the person that can help me crack this case?

I think something is fucked here if you're not even sensing it, why did it even begin happening to me with people who wouldn't even have a way to communicate through even being exposed to situations with any of the people who were after me so they clearly aren't even being under that problem to behave strangely?

If anything I say doesn’t make sense to you, and I don’t mean snippets that are talking about my own established lore that need context like reading the story from the beginning instead of starting at a random line in page 423, but if you legitimately think I sound incoherent or lose track of what the sentence is following itself into, LEGITIMATELY LEGITIMATELY get checked for early dementia or Alzheimer’s or cognitive decline as a whole i’m not going to keep taking this. You all need to realize your brain is not working right.

Because memory should be with you long enough you follow a through-line in a whole story, you shouldn’t need to reread pieces and get lost. That’s a really not normal symptom.
