Take moments out of your day to breathe deeper and maintain focus on the beauty in things around you. I remember the moment I wanted to live in San Francisco as a kid. Back then, I wasn't very hopeful, drudging through crushing days of emptiness in family/trauma and learning to accept what "was" instead of being taught to reach for the stars. I am so thankful for the energy of people that have encouraged me in my adult journey. What an amazing adventure it is! I'm remembering today that the real way to heal the planet is to heal your body first.
