Not only are these Easter Egg Basket Cupcakes cute, they taste great too. There's no better way to celebrate Easter with these treats. Both kids and adults will love them.
Ingredients: 1 box of vanilla cupcake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 1 cup of water. 1 cup of green frosting. 1 cup of shredded coconut. 1/2 cup of mini chocolate eggs. 1/4 cup of pretzel sticks. 1/4 cup of colorful sprinkles.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla cupcake mix in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together well. Make sure that each cupcake liner is two thirds full of mix. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down. After the cupcakes have cooled, frost them with the green frosting to make them look like grass. To make it look like a nest, sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the frosting. Put two or three small chocolate eggs in the middle of each cupcake to look like eggs in a nest. Cut the pretzel sticks into small pieces and put two on each side of each cupcake to make "handles" for the Easter egg baskets. Last, decorate it even more by adding colorful sprinkles. Now your Easter Egg Basket Cupcakes are ready to make your guests happy.

These Easter Surprise Bunny Cupcakes are a delightful treat for Easter celebrations. Hidden inside each cupcake is a sweet chocolate bunny surprise that will delight both kids and adults. They are easy to make and perfect for adding a touch of Easter magic to your dessert table.
Ingredients: 1 box of your favorite cupcake mix. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of mini chocolate chips. 12 small chocolate bunny figurines. 1 cup pastel-colored frosting. Easter-themed sprinkles.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Follow the directions on the box for making the cupcakes by adding the water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Toss in the little chocolate chips. About half of the cupcake batter should be put into each cupcake liner. Put a small chocolate bunny figurine in the middle of each cupcake and gently press it down so that it's just barely covered by the batter. Add a little more cupcake batter on top of the chocolate bunny until it's completely hidden. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down. When the cupcakes are cool, use your favorite way to decorate them to frost them with pastel-colored frosting. Add Easter-themed sprinkles to the cupcakes, and then enjoy your Easter Surprise Bunny Cupcakes!
