I went to therapy today (first time me and my therapist met outside of my house) with the clear purpose of sharing something I've never told anyone before. Something that's been weighing me down for a very long time.

And I did.

And that's a huge, gargantuan weight off my chest.

Now I gotta reassess and figure out who I am without it, I guess.
