Solid steady state run today, 50 minutes at SS effort. I can definitely feel myself getting fitter, but a big test awaits this weekend as my long run steps up to 13. That will be on Sunday. Tomorrow I’ll do an easy run or cross train to be ready.

Boxing and a run today! Run was supposed to be chill pace but it didn’t feel any chill. A lot has come up- it’s going to be a long couple weeks ! ☹️😢😰
I picked the perfect time to run today. There wasn’t really anyone else on trail! 😁😁😁
The sun was pretty but this run sure wasn’t. It’s okay though. We keep moving.

6 km tempo yesterday, super relaxed 5 km today, 30 km for the week, slowly slowly getting back into it and loving alllll of it again ❤
2/7-(4 miles & core) Got a short workout in this morning. My back was really sore so I didn’t push it. I have seriously no idea why my back hurts? But that’s life? Anyway I ran one mile to the gym and then two treadmill miles and then 25 miles of core at the gym and one mile back. I rushed to get ready and I’m shocked I got ready in time tbh. But I ate some cinnamon oats and yogurt and headed to a full day of classes. Lunch was salad & a guacamole burger and sweet potato fries so all good things. Then more class! And math! Horrible math! Today I was still in a bad mood. Just not feeling things lately. Dinner was the highlight of the day tbh. Pasta, zucchini, and salad I was here for it. After that I went and did club interviews for two ish hours! Not that bad and I had fun!
My back was seriously bothering me a lot all day. I ended up taking Advil and all that stuff. I tried stretching it but that didn’t help to much. Thankfully I’m going to PT tomorrow so we will see what happens there. Major sigh! Not feeling this week AT ALL!

Had a nice easy run this morning and stopped for coffee and a late breakfast. I'm so lucky to live right next to a park! I sat in the grass and stretched and enjoyed the sun for a while. 10/10 way to start the day
I’ve had 10 hours of choir rehearsal in the past 5 days and there was gross freezing rain yesterday but this morning was warm and sunny and so satisfying!
