Find out how to make easy scrambled eggs in the microwave of your dorm room. Great for a quick and filling breakfast or snack!
Ingredients: 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or butter. Optional toppings e.g., cheese, diced vegetables.
Instructions: Put the eggs in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the pepper, salt, and milk to the bowl. Then, use a whisk to mix everything together well. Add any toppings you want, like cheese or diced vegetables, if you want to. Grease the inside of a mug or ramekin that can go in the microwave with cooking spray or butter. Do not fill the mug or ramekin all the way to the top with the egg mixture. Put the mug or ramekin in the microwave and heat it for one minute on high. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't overflow. Stop the microwave after one minute and stir the eggs gently with a fork to spread the heat out. Keep heating the eggs in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at a time, stirring every time, until they are done the way you like them. It usually takes about two to three minutes to do all of this. After cooking, give the eggs a minute to set and cool down a bit before you eat them. If you want, you can add more toppings or seasonings. Enjoy how easy it is to make hot dorm eggs in the microwave!
