Salt and pepper to taste. 2 green onions, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Put sesame oil in a large pan or wok and heat it over medium-high heat. Put in the minced garlic and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables for three to four minutes, until they are tender but still have some crunch. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the drained tuna to the other side. Break up the tuna with a spatula and cook it for two to three minutes. Soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Put the sauce on top of the vegetables and tuna. Mix things together well. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for another two to three minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put some of the stir-fry into bowls, and then top them with chopped green onions. Enjoy while hot!
