help me eat fruit consistently please i need basic ideas
Are there any resources for like... How to eat food with an extremely sensitive palate? As in a lot of common foods make me gag to the point where I physically cannot swallow it. (Eggs, anything with sesame seeds, certain cheeses, specific meats, And More!) It’s not even just the food itself. It’s the textures, smells, tastes, sometimes looks.
Eating shouldn’t be this hard, and all of it just makes it hard for me to even get motivated to eat. Which isn’t great.
