許久不曾真正上來Tumblr發一篇文 之前都只是轉貼 還有很多年前從無名搬家 一次就搬完 轉過來後也沒有篩選整理 大概就是一大串需要整理的文字 丟在這個地方吧 最近加入了Netflix  把藍可兒事件紀錄片看完了 實在是不怎麼樣 但我想起tumblr 可惜啊這個曾經很蓬勃的地方

子彈筆記的時候我也投了一些時間研究 覺得自己絕對可以天天花一點時間寫一下子彈日記 結果常常幾天才寫一次 要想起三天前吃的午餐 真的很不容易 要這樣懶散下去嗎?

啊順便，戒糖戒奶三個月 只能吃優格不能喝牛奶不能吃起司 不能吃甜 可以吃10~20%的好碳水 今天是2021年2/22日 5/22來驗收

I find that if I eat a decent amount but burn it under 700 calories I’m able to lose weight faster and not binge :)
