🎶Food glorious food🎶 ▫️ 😋 Not posted any food in a while as I have been eating pretty much the same thing every day for the last week or so. Few reasons: 1. It's easier on the shopping, I don't have to plan menus etc. 2. It's easy on my macros, I don't have to keep calculating them, eat and repeat. 3. It's easy on meal prep, I can batch cook regularly. ▫️ 😊 So today I switched it up to a tasty 2% fat turkey chilli, packed with colourful veggies and all the flavours. I had my portion with a broghie topped with half an avocado to hit the good fats. ▫️ 🍎🥣 Who says dessert has to be unhealthy?!🤷♀️ Sugar free baked apples and oats. As I got a re-stock of yummy @henchfuel protein oats today and I had some apples that were past best, this was the answer to all my pudding dreams!!😍💭 ▫️ 😋 Easy to make. Chop the apples up small, add two spoons of stevia, 50ml water, cover and microwave for 6min. Transfer into a baking dish. Shake up a tub of HenchFuel oats so it's well mixed, open and shake half into the softened apples, stir into the fruit so it will absorb the liquid in the dish. Sprinkle the remaining oats on top to cover. Bake for 15min on a low heat. ▫️ 🤤 The result, as you see, is an apple and oat protein cobbler type dessert....YUM!!
