Teryaki beef and noodle stir fry from scratch. This is one super fast meal to make. Rivals take out because it is cheap to make and super quick to prepare. When I get home from the market, I slice some of the beef thin and package up enough for 2. It's vacuum sealed and frozen. Because we vacuum seal it flat (for stacking or filing in the basket), it thaws fast on an upside down cast iron frying pan on the counter.
