eBay for Charity
Traveling Stories is excited to announce that there is a whole new way you can support the organization and help grow a world of readers!
You can now back Traveling Stories when buying and selling on eBay!
In partnership with PayPal Giving Fund, eBay for Charity (eBay Giving Works) was established in 2003. Since its creation, the program has helped to raise over $600 million for non-profit organizations. $91 million of that total was raised in 2014 alone!
There are currently more than 35,000 non-profits that benefit from the eBay for Charity system (Traveling Stories now included!).
Through the program, there are 4 ways in which people can choose to support Traveling Stories.
1. As a Seller – List items to sell, and select Traveling Stories to receive anywhere from 10-100% of the proceeds.
2. As a Buyer – Select Traveling Stories as your favorite charity and donate during check-out.
3. As a Buyer – Purchase items directly from the Traveling Stories shop. 100% of these proceeds will go to TS (we are still working on getting this up and running, so keep checking back!).
4. Anyone – Simply donate without buying or selling items. Click the “Make A Donation” button on the Traveling Stories eBay page.
