I didn’t have a desire to pursue acting and I wouldn’t have, if I hadn’t fallen into it. Crazy, isn’t it? But that’s probably why I ended up booking jobs, because I didn’t have any nerves. It was very charmed – rather embarrassingly, in fact.

The more we mask ourselves, the freer we’re able to be within ourselves.

Finished another drawing! I took a little break because a friend was visiting and now I’m back!
I saw Sicario a few weeks ago now, its a film i’d been wanting see for ages and I finally got around to it! I loved Emily Blunts performance. I originally saw this scene in a gif set and intermediately decided that I wanted to draw it as soon as i’d seen the film itself.
For this drawing I used a colour palette (Number 5, although I added a darker colour as well, mainly for her hair as it was very dark in the scene)
I am sorry I killed your daughter and released the greatest power within you–a power you have wasted on nothing but cheap sentiment!
