EBS History Part 1: In our initial startup phase we surveyed a few sites and spoke to several farmers around the country before deciding to develop 2 hop yards. The first in partnership with a hop farming veteran and the second totally independently. We mapped out our field layouts, ordered our rhizomes (hop root cuttings) and began planting! #EBSRewind #WaaayLatergram (at Europe)
