Thorn grumbled, glowering at Jerard as they hid in a nearby alleyway. Tons of drones were out patrolling after catching sight of the two, and now they were in hiding trying to think of what to do next. Thorn wasn’t sure her arrows were strong or sturdy enough to pierce through the drones, and there seemed to be too many of them to fight off.

“I... I’m not sure what to do, either. But we can’t just HIDE here, we have to get moving!” ]

Jerard peeked our from the alleyway. He wasn’t exactly sure what he’d gotten himself into by Zone hopping like this, but clearly it was no good. He looked at the drones then back at this echidna girl’s weapon.

“These sure aren’t your normal droids....how good is your aim? Think you can shoot the red optics on those things?”

Despite being sturdy, most optics on robots were weak points since glass lenses couldn’t be too thick. Even if it doesn’t pierce, it’d be distraction enough for Jerard to prime and toss and explosive to give them a way out of this.

He really needs to start watching where he leaps.

@echidnaprincess Has ventured far from home.

The soil was no longer made of earth, Steel was covering every inches of the passageway the echidna would find herself in. A single window shone light in the seemingly narrow area for anyone bigger than an echidna.

There was no choice but to go on down the corridor.

“If your here approaching me that must mean one of three things....your either completely lost, your hunting me down or you saw me from a distance and got curious about my arm, right?” It was direct and to the point, perhaps even a little rude given how he’d just say it aloud without even properly turning to address the stranger.

Still visitors stumbling across his encampment wasn’t exactly a common outcome, so the demon-hog had his reasons for suspicion that something was up, one way or another.

“Or your just wanting help of some sort...which is it miss?”
