"Is it really THAT unbelievable that I could just guess where to find you? I mean yeah this place is hidden but not that well hidden..." Dan would find himself finding it difficult not to chortle at his own humour, while the realms were often different it was always convenient when some shared similarities. It was great for guessing locations.....not so much for the people who saw an unfamiliar face just arriving.

The attitude probably wasn't doing him any favours with the ones cautiously interrogating him either. "If I were here to cause trouble don't you think I'd already be doing it?"

The demon-hog glances over at one of the other's at his side. "Now how about you do me a small favour and stop pointing that wispon at me, we both know you are not going to use it." A hint of warning in his tone despite the fact he was the one being checked, though as he looked back, his eyes caught sight of someone in the surroundings of the Freedom Fighter's HQ, two particular individuals not too far off that immediately grabbed his focus.

"Over there, those two, their names are Light and Gibbous, call em over....they'll confirm we've met before, I am no danger to you."

"RRRRAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!"

If Dan looked unusual to others before, in a semi transformed state he'd only appear even more freaky. Even if all the demon-hog now currently resembling a monster, more so than a hedgehog was doing nothing but sitting down.

Every breath he took seemed like a sharp inhale that echoed deeply into the background.

"I've been thinking, those chaos emeralds are apart of their respective worlds right? So if hypothetically someone were too say....grab a hold of them and then move them onto another alternative world."

"Would that mean there would two groupings of seven chaos emeralds that could be utilized the same way? Or would they reject each other? Maybe even strengthen one another? Or could it even just result in the non native group losing their power altogether and being useless?"

"Any ideas or clues?"

THUD!

The sound of a sudden, harsh impact shortly followed by a groan and the following whines would be heard nearby.

"Oh, not this again! Eugh, It's getting really old."

"Yup, that's probably gonna be sore later."

For Dan, seems he had been not so graciously thrown into another misadventure in a place he had little clue about. It sure didn't match what he was more familiar with that was for certain as azure eyes scanned his surroundings curiously.

Still it could be worse.....

After taking a few additional moments to wipe himself clean of any dirt to the best of his ability. "At least no one was watching that." He muses before noting a figure nearby assumedly fully witness to his prior meeting with the hard ground. "I stand corrected...." Another groan before attempting to address them.

"Excuse me, you there? Mind telling me where I've ended up?"

"An idea just came to mind, anyone fancy a movie night or something? Y'know we go to a place or maybe we get a group and watch something at a home? It might be fun......"

"Mint chocolate chip ice cream is the best and I'm willing to fight over it! C'mon admit I'm right."

"Glad to see you got out of that mess at least." A voice would speak up nearby, one that probably was familiar and not well received considering who it was aimed at. The demon-hog had noticed a face and whilst he knew kind words were probably next to null.....at the very least he never really had any ill will towards them even if they really had been a bother at the time.

"I don't expect forgiveness or anything along those lines but I would like to just reiterate, it was nothing personal against you."

Giving a slight shrug he'd add on. "Hopefully it opened your eyes a little though just how much Eggman cares little for the likes of you." As if that would somehow be enough of a reason to get past the fact he'd previously held her as a captive.

Valentine's Starter for @nxtorious-hxly-mall

The demon-hog had currently slumped himself on the high ground of a rooftop, probably not the best spot to have a nap or stare up into the sky but for Dan it did the job, as he was watching the usual sights one might spot on this day of love.

The loving couple out on a date, almost sickeningly sweet. the odd pair that clearly had difficulties but carried each other through thick and thin, the singles out there trying to be noticed and hoping to find another single out and about. Then the other group of singles who were far more interested in the chocolates than anything else. Those ones always got a chuckle out of him.

While Dan had never been someone to try rushing into that world, it did give him one slight tinge of uneasiness wondering if he was missing out on something.

Then the thoughts of those he had considered......then the times he had the chance but pulled away.

Luckily he was soon enough distracted once he heard the presence of someone else joining the rooftop, for the moment he didn't turn around to see who it was, instead calling out behind him. "Don't mind me, just chilling....carry on with whatever you are doing up here."
