I conquered the Blue Mountains today! It was a little cold (7 C) and super windy, but I had an amazing time. I woke up at 5:20 AM to get there early and skip the long lines for Scenic World, so I'm really exhausted now.
I did the hop on/hop off bus tour (which was a smart choice because walking everywhere or figuring out how to take the public bus would have been a nightmare).
The cold gusts of wind at the cliff tops really messed with my asthma and made my lungs burn, but I was all right after a few minutes of rest and heading down into the valley.
I love hiking, but I'm a hazard to myself and don't have the best health for it so I don't do it often. I'm really proud of myself for all the trekking I did today. Two years ago, I wouldn't have been able to do this.
