Review: Hotstar large fried chicken
Eckastar meets Hotstar! I've watched Hotstar featured in a certain food program and I was immediately sold. It boast of it's large fried chicken as big as your face! No kidding, I was amazed by how literally big it is.
The chicken is as big as your face!
I felt excitement when our orders arrived, the rice looks smaller because of how big the chicken is. Just by looking at it, I felt full already hehe I made a special request to make it a bit spicy ( good point for those who like spicy food like me ) . First bite.... soo crunchy and flavorful. Unlike in other restos where the chicken is only big because of its breading, Hotstar chicken is real chicken, I promise you. I don't usually take extra rice, but their chicken made me order another,because one rice is not enough, you will have more.. more haha.. BONUS POINT: You can have unlimited gravy refill. Yup! Because chicken is best paired with unlimited gravy. hehe No wonder Hotstar large fried chicken is no. 1 chicken shop in taiwan and now it invades the Philippines! It has a very affordable and simple menu, good for those people on the go.
I ordered the BBQ large fried chicken for P125. Just add P35 for rice and drinks. Choices are softdrinks, blue lemonade, rootbear and iced tea. I chose blue lemonade. Taste is right, not too sweet, just right. :)
I like how cute and appealing the ambiance inside. Staffs would greet you upon your entrance.
