Thank God It’s Friday! Finally the week is over.
Well, when I talk about eco-friendly and sustainable fashion, I’m not talking about 100% energy saving and chemical free fashion. We all know it’s almost impossible for that as there is still limitation in terms of our current technology and resources. However, what matters most is the effort taken by fashion stores in ensuring that the products and manufacturing process cause as little harm to the people and the environment as possible.
Marks & Spencer is a fashion company which has taken steps in creating environmentally and ethically conscious products since 2011. It has extended its effort not just in relation to the products but also to the human resources, the packaging as well as its retail stores.
Today I’m wearing a pair of comfy and high quality trousers from M&S, which is also made of organic cotton.
It’s really in the hands of consumers to make sure that companies do not produce items which are harmful to us, the people around us and the environment. We have a choice and we can make a difference.
