Two new Fan ectosaurs for @bogleech ! ive found that I think Ectosaurs are my favorite class
PASTRYGEIST (Left)
Class: Ectosaur
Possibly the Smallest ectosaur mass produced shortly after the discovery of the Ectosaurs in an attempt to create the perfect counter to disease, or perfect semicorporeal plague spreader
PARABIOLOGY
The pastrygeist is engineered to be almost entirely slime surrounding a small skeleton and demonstrates a great need or liking of keeping its face eternally covered, often by the very bag it was produced in. The slime of a pastrygeist is full of parasitic phagocytes maintained only by a steady diet of sugary candies, drinks, foods and assorted starches, which it will demand from any individual it meets, and may complain or tantrum loudly if it does not get. the slime is also extremely sweet and attractive not only to small insects but also to Fectoids, which it will consume and cultivate in its slime with great pleasure, growing in size continuously for the timespan of roughly a single night where it may breed extremely virulent, new strains of disease from an assortment of absorbed fectoid symptoms, shedding the access mass to rot by the morning.
The Pastrygeist exhibits an acute Phobia of “Monsters” apparently distinctly different from the average battle monster and is described by the pastrygeist as inherently supernatural and manifesting underneath beds and inside of closets. Trainers are advised to check these areas to dispel any fear the monster may have for optimal functioning.
SLIME SECRETION
The Slime of a pastrygeist is thick, syrupy and extremely sticky, may burn slightly to the touch and despite its candy-like smell, tastes extremely rotten
HAUNTING ACTIVITIES
the pastrygeist continuously haunts the rough area of a single neighborhood where it will continuously demand tribute each night.
TACTICAL MECHANISMS
STICKY SLIME: A Pastrygeist’s slime is extremely syrupy and sticky and may gum up the sharper implements of various monsters
EXPONENTIAL MASS INCREASE: The more food a Pastrygeist consumes the larger and more powerful it becomes
FECTOID NEUTRALIZATION/CULTIVATION: A Pastrygeist will consume fectoids into its slime and engineer new, highly virulent strands of disease from available disease symptoms
----------
SCOOPERGEIST (right)
A friendly, lighthearted ectosaur with a temperament of brotherhood and acceptance.
PARABIOLOGY
A Scoopergeist is a gentle soul at heart, fixing itself to an overhanging branch or pipe, or in some cases, anchoring itself by solidifying its Paddle at the end of its whip-like, elastic tail inside of solid matter in order to utilize its Modus Operandi: a psychokinetic vortex that sucks air into its mouth and vents it through slits that run along its under-chin.
the Scoopergeist is particularly sought out for its slime, of which has a strange property of forcing other Paraliving tissues and substances into a corporeal state, of which the scoopergeist subsists upon, along with a steady diet of aeroplankton and insects.
SLIME SECRETION
A Scoopergeist’s slime is capable of solidifying Paratissues into a solid state and is extremely adhesive, smelling distinctly of saltwater taffy, and tasting distinctly like dirt.
HAUNTING ACTIVITIES
A Scoopergeist has a friendly disposition to those who prove cooperative enough, and may form a strong bond with them, serving as protection from harmful swarms of bees or wasps, of which the Scoopergeist will feed upon in order to protect it’s new comrade
TACTICAL MECHANISMS
PADDLE-WHIP: The Paddle at the end of a Scoopergeist’s tail may be utilized as a weapon in last ditch efforts to protect itself, or in order to retrieve objects out of reach.
PSYCHOKINETIC VORTEX: A Scoopergeist is capable of forming a Psychokinetic Vacuum of extreme force, neutralizing large swarms near instantaneously or trapping larger creatures within its moderately elastic body.
SOLIDIFYING SLIME: The Slime of a Scoopergeist is capable of solidifying an ectosaur for a short time, making them incapable of becoming intangible or in some cases, strips them of their levitation, forcing them to move much less effectively.
