As much as I bitch and complain about being a new nurse I'm actually getting pretty darn good. Not trying to brag (believe me it took so long before I started to give myself the credit I deserved instead of focusing on my mistakes) but honestly even the other nurses are telling me I've progressed so much over the last few months. Even today I worked in the trauma bay and I just felt so on top of my patients and intervened when issues arises and resolved them. Nobody's perfect but I feel pretty good right now. Might also have something to do with the fact that I have off tomorrow haha.
