weareattaboy: no brains here 🪩
hope you're still enjoying 'Haven't Yet' as much as we are
Still can’t believe I met them and said nothing to them 😭
07/17/2026 - Bowery Ballroom, New York City
Met Lewis last night. I showed him my Thunderbolts tattoo and got the DVD signed. He's very sweet. Our first photo came out super blurry so after I got a picture with the whole band together he offered to take a selfie, so he took my phone and snapped a few.
Did I also get a hug? Yes.
I got everyone to sign my wrist band. I was going to wear the shirt and have it signed but I didn't want to not be able to wear the shirt anymore without ruining the signatures on it. I wanted something I could like, put up somewhere visible and the only thing I could think of that was available was the wrist band.
I hate digital tickets, I used to get the physical ones signed by bands all the time. I was in the middle of switching over a lot of addresses so I think I could have gotten it mailed but I didn't want it to get lost. Either way, now I have this to hang up on my pinboard by my desk!
The whole day was incredible. I love the commute, which may sound odd, and I met up with old friends plus I made some new ones. Never thought I would be known IRL for one of my fanfics, and it was so amazing meeting some of you there, too! I won't tag anyone in the event you'd rather I not, but you all know who you are. If you don't mind the tag then just let me know!
Seriously, everything was so much fun. From the trip up, waiting in line outside, chatting with Moots to give them updates, and talking with everyone around me before the show. Of course the show itself, and also hanging for a bit with some of you after and getting to meet the whole band. Even the commute home was great. I caught up with an old friend I hadn't seen since we were in middle/high school, and yeah, I didn't get home until 4am, but it was all so worth it.
Incredible. An absolutely incredible time.
No, I will never stop talking about this.
atta boy drawing i made today :))
how are these four humans so beautiful ?!?!
this reference photo is from the night i saw them !!
Bro attaboy just randomly releasing a song ‘Haven’t yet’ was not on my 2026 bingo card!
go crazy go insane!!! lew was not gonna let me leave without getting my vinyl signed (thank you to the girl in line who let me borrow her pen!) and he was so excited to tell his dad that my cousin (cathy moriarty) and his dad were in casper together 🩵 he said that the interview about him making a prequel for casper was like he had to give some kind of answer but he couldn’t remake a classic 😂 as for the goatee, apparently he and freddy are in a goatee-off and he’s kinda embarrassed it’s gonna be immortalized in photos but he looks good in it 🤷🏻♀️

also i wanna say that all the members of atta boy were so nice (eden thought it was so funny that my cat’s favorite musician is lynyrd skynyrd, and dash and freddy were so chill and nice at the merch booth), and the audience brought back my faith that concert etiquette overall is not completely dead. thank you to the girl who saved my spot when i had to pee, Reagan (sp?) and her friend in the merch line with me who were so kind and wanted to meet eden so badly (and did!), the girls who were waiting at the bar to close out while keeping an eye on a break in lew’s convo for me, and the girl who let me borrow her pen while lew was leaning over the bar trying to find one. if these experiences sound like you met me/interacted w/me please reach out!!
