The talks about the beautiful songstress piqued her interest as she continued to learn more about this place -Teyvat. She had already been to several places around here, being able to travel all around thanks to her body of MANTIS that remained the same, not erasing her innate abilities and making some people think that she was some sort of... protector, a goddess even. Fascination lied in her heart, almost child-like, as the pinkette would assist travelers with their work and she would try to find a place to someday settle down after researching as much as she could about this beautiful world. This world was simply mesmerizing, and things that came from here made her wish to experience more of it.
Expecting to see a famous bard, Elysia would walk down the streets and watch kids happily run around and speak of how they were excited to hear a beautiful lady sing again. It made her think of how people were happy to hear Eden’s voice, the nostalgic feeling made the woman skip a step as she felt enthusiasm and excitement well-up in her chest, making her wish to approach the place where the woman once sung would be now speaking to people.
And yet, it was anything but expected. The familiar shade of deep scarlet, the familiar clothing, the shine of golden eyes, the familiar voice. It wasn’t supposed to be like this. Was this a mirage created from her nostalgia from a moment ago? A beautiful reminder of how graceful her friend back in her world was and how she missed her despite making the decision that changed it all? It was impossible. It was supposed to be impossible...
The name would leave her in a soft gasp, a rare expression to witness on the always-smiling Elysia. This place was supposed to be akin to Heaven. She thought it was a place just like Su told her about and showed her through his abilities, he must’ve known what she thought of but still allowed her to go through with it. Now, Eden wasn’t supposed to be here. Not if she wasn’t sent here intentionally by others or... Oh no.
The people would notice Elysia’s presence, stepping aside whispering around each other and inquiring if the pinkette knew the redhead. The recognition was undoubted, the people could also see Eden, meaning that she was real. She was, but should she feel happy or sad to see the one who she wanted to protect with her decision?
