Beau leaned casually against the wall, arms crossed as he waited for Jay to return from the bathroom, his eyes scanning the crowd. A familiar figure caught his attention, and a wide grin spread across his face. Letting out a playful wolf whistle, he pushed off the wall and stepped toward her.

"Eden Monroe, look at you!" he exclaimed, his voice full of admiration. He took her hand with a flourish, giving her a playful spin. "You look like an absolute princess," he gushed, eyes sparkling. "Don’t tell me you’re here alone, because that would be a crime against humanity."

"I've decided I am going to teach you how to game, Eden," Emily announced with a smile, handing her friend a controller as she sat down on the couch. "We've got chips and drinks to keep us fueled, and we're starting easy with Mario Kart!" Emily grinned, grabbing her own controller to start the game. After everything that had happened with the demons and the complicated situations with the men in her life, she needed some normalcy. A fun video game night with Eden would definitely help.

"That movie was great!" Beau exclaimed, practically bouncing with excitement as they left the theater. "Didn't you think so? I love animated movies, and I was so excited for this one to come out." He beamed as they stepped outside into the cool evening air. "Do you want to get dinner now, or do you have someplace you need to be?"
