Photo Cookies
Last weekend, I had a pleasure of co-hosting my best friend’s bridal shower! (Waaaah, she’s getting married) Since I am the maid of honour, I was in charge with pretty much everything, especially baking and dessert table. It was my first time to co-host such a big and special event! I have to admit that it wasn’t easy and A LOT of work! I can’t imagine what it’s like to plan a wedding! I took two days off to bake, and go back in forth to Micheals and the dollar store! It was worth it and everything turn out beautifully.
I made my best friend’s all time favourite desserts, Red Velvet cupcakes and cheesecake. I also made s’mores cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars and cake pops, but my most favourite of all are these photo cookies! They’re super cute and how cute is my best friend? Some guests didn’t want to eat them! I’ve always wanted to make photo cookies and my bridal shower was the perfect event. I ordered edible image printout all the way from Toronto which each of her baby pictures. These cookies are such a huge it!
I still need to write my MOH speech!!!
I used my favourite Sugar Cookies recipe and one batch of royal icing.
