A fic introduced me to the fantastic crack ship of a sentient colony of scraplets (Whirl Jr) and Miko being together.

I have thoughts.

From what information I have gathered, Whirl from RBA or “Whirl Jr” is popularly headcanoned to be the daughter of Whirl and the scraplet colony he obtained in the MTMTE Christmas special. Which I also will subscribe to my belief system.

I don't know Whirl Jr’s age as it's pretty ambiguous outside being a “kid” but from what I've seen I'm assuming it's in the 14-16 range. Regardless, this ship could have a pretty interesting dynamic. Miko is pretty invested in Cybertronian stuff while Whirl jr is pretty invested in Earth stuff. They can and would teach each other quite enthusiastically about their various cultures.

I also just love the idea of Miko having access to a metal eating swarm that she will absolutely abuse for power and Whirl Jr is going to let her do it lol. Jr is chaotic enough to encourage reckless behavior but not so chaotic they destroy the world. Which is btw just barely under that line.

Also Whirl would completely adore Miko and make her just that much worse. He meets her for five seconds then just immediately adopts her.
