Quit smoking yesterday (I've done it before so I know I can) but I'm so scared of the food cravings. It's already worse but I'm gonna try and push as hard as I can to not supplement one craving for another.

I literally need help so bad, the last time i did ts i lost 15 kgs THEN I GAINED LIKE 6 KGS BACK and now i’m on a 900cals a day like i used to be but i AM NOT losing even a single kg i’m genuinely gonna crash out by now the old me would’ve lost 4 kgs its been like 2 weeks since i started again.
