Honestly I have this image of them in like the middle of the side walk, pouring down rain, levy has one hand on the umbrella handle, chelia has her hand on it too and their both holding it up. But their bickering about who's gonna hold it and pulling it back and forth trying to get it out of each others hands, so their both soaked.
who is the grumpiest in the morning
Levy. I can see Chel being a little grumpy but I can also see her pulling pranks on a just woken up Levy who's laying in bed grumbling and yanking the blanket over her head.
who worries more when the other is sick/hurt
I would say its equal, they both know how tough and strong each other is, so they tend not to get too worried. But Chel knows if Levy starts to get a cold or something like that, that Levy will just ignore it and not take care of herself at all, so she hounds her about that,
who plays pranks on the other

They never really 'suggest' it, it just kind of happens.

Hmmmm, I can't say. I think they would both know that the other girl loved them, they'd say it in their own little ways , like teasing each other and wrapping their arms around the others waist when their cooking. Falling asleep at night to the sound of whispers of the things they did in the past and bickering on the couch with smiles on there faces, cuddling into each others arms. I really don't know who'd actually speak it first, but I think they would both already just know.
