Three years ago, around this time, Edopia was a fragment of my wishful thinking. Today it is my reality. It is a dream that I wake up to every morning. On my 27th Birthday I got the best birthday gift that I have ever received in my life; surprise letters from Grade 3. Being the Head of School, you tend to feel that you don't get to spend as much time with the children as you'd like to. And you secretly envy the teachers for having a much stronger (and a very well earned) bond with their children. These letters caught me by surprise. Seems like I did manage to get a thing or two right. There is nothing I'd rather do if given the chance to start my life all over again. Love my job. :D

In a joint assembly, I told all students that they’d be required to document their learning on a blog during the next LSCE week. We told everyone how to write a blog and how this medium enables them to gather followers and advocate for change. The very next day, out of her own love for trying new things, Mahnoor Fawaz (Grade 4) started her personal blog. She said she will write a post a day. She was particularly curious about the stats of her blog. ‘How do we check how many people are reading what we are writing.’ 'Where will the followers show up?’. 1 day into writing her blog and she is already gaining a following. Good job Mahnoor. Write on!

So proud of Mahnoor. This was her first time knitting and she made it within 2 days!
LSCE WEEK 4
When you see this message from your old students and you long to see them again. Lots of and prayers of true bliss for the Khokhars.
Presents For Me In conversation with a parent and you are intercepted by grade 2. They used the arts class to make souvenirs for me. A lantern and a card. Loves them.
