This fabulous piece was designed by Howard Burden for Richard E. Grant’s portrayal of Sir Percy Blakeney in the 1999 television series 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝑷𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒍.
