SOROTI: Temperatures have been extremely high in Soroti- in excess of 35 plus degrees. Inside an iron sheet built roof, the temperatures could soar higher. However grass-thatched houses, the dominant architectural choice contains this wave of heat to anything below 24-liveable by all standards.
