Watch Dogs Legion players, have you found Dalton Wolfe’s widowed spouse in London? This person’s identity is apparently randomly generated in each game but it’s possible to find and recruit them.
In my game, Dalton was married to a 46 years old web developer named Edyta.
I don’t know if this character is at the same location in all games but, for the record, I recruited her at the Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park during the daytime.
