88 cards in base act 1. kaycee's mod adds 25 (and alters one) making a total of 113 in leshy's game (these numbers include unobtainable cards and deathcards collectively count as one card)

25 beast cards, 24 undead cards, 24 tech cards, 24 magick cards, and 15 unobtainable or spawned/given cards in act 2 (totaling up to 112 unique cards)

61 cards in act 3 (including unobtainable cards)

in the finale, grimora's deck contains 6 unique cards and magnificus' deck contains 9 unique cards, making for a total of 15.

EDIT: this is 301 total cards in the whole of inscryption :+)
