Thank you so much for posting original source photography. I've had to unfollow several "popular" Autumn blogs because they post/blog weheartit :/ Just wanted you to know how appreciated you are for respecting artistic integrity.

Thank you so much for this! I’m definitely big on placing credit in the ‘source’ field, where it’s meant to be. I also now add a link in the caption, just for good measure. I’ve actually had a few photographers and bloggers contact me over the years and thank me for properly crediting them (or for sending them traffic), so that always feels nice. 

Oddly, some people place their own blog’s URL in the ‘source’ field and just type (with no link) the photographer’s name in the caption, if that. It’s so easy to link the photographer—I just don’t get it. 

I do put my blog in the click-through, just so people don’t mindlessly click the image and get sent away from Tumblr without their knowledge. When you use the appropriate ‘source’ link, users can see the link and choose to click it, which is always nice. This saves the photographers from having their sites overloaded with non-targeted visitors, and saves people from clicking away from Tumblr when they didn’t intend to. Of course I could just leave it blank, but there isn’t any harm in giving your own blog some love. 

I like to send people to this link when they ask me about crediting. ‘Tis always helpful to see the words straight from Tumblr!

Those pants with the light colored knotted T from a little while ago would be super cute. Especially if you have a good statement or pendant necklace so it doesn't look like just a T shirt?

Statement necklaces aren't my thing tbh but that shirt would be ideal but it's a split shirt with the back of it goes down to mid thighs

eestlin half fish, half bird, whole babe. but there’s not gonna be a lot of other people in the same situation to be like “oh yeah I get that” so I can see how that would drag over time.
