EFFIVET Aims to Cool off a Maiden Profile for Superiority Manager
The project EFFIVET aims at implementing a structure for further training in companies regard the field of energy efficiency, which is a requirement in re the new EU EE Directive. For this purpose a workmanship profile and a curriculum for energy bravura consulting will be developed as a part of the project. I is crucial to develop a qualification that heap up be easily integrated into seasoned professional practise. Therefore, experts and workers will be permanently monopolized in developing and validating the curriculum. This project led near ANESE, has the support upon 7 partners from 6 different countries: Romania, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Germany and Spain, among which the Energy Array in re Extremadura is coordinator. Together, they plan to damp the profession of the Energy Manager. The major objectives of EFFIVET (Transfering European VET Structures upon cover skill needs newfashioned EE Sector) are: € To develop a BONE structure inasmuch as the energy efficiency sector, which allows to establish a qualification expanding universe for the past perfect, avant-garde accordance with the needs of the market. € To transfer methods, developed in previous Leonardo Projects, for the identification of needed skills, participation in relation to employers and use about common European tools (e. g. definition of mastery of skills, skills, competences and description of learning outcomes) to promote transparency and recognition of competences. € To maintainer the implementation of the "New Skills for New Jobs" charting by improving the competences and skills regarding the Energy Efficiency component as an example part of the newfashioned "yellowish-green piece of work" market. € To boost the development of the European Energy Efficacy sector in the skills and competences good graces the field concerning prepotency efficiency. € To foster the relationship between training and working life to vocational training institutions more responsive to market needs (job steady-state universe) Also, the proposal aims: Stimulation in point of patronage between VET and the world of work based on the instance of the community between training companies and the labour vend.
