Alright. 20 random facts. Let’s go.
1. I have ancestry in China, Ireland, Scotland and the Native American Blackfoot and Chickasaw tribes. I’m also White. Mostly Black. With half-uncles in Korea. No, really.
2. I used to be obsessed with Japan when I was younger.
3. I tend to think too much.
4. I can be really lazy at times.
5. I can cook well, but I just don’t care for it.
6. I can be a perfectionist at times.
7. I plan to be in a Japanese congregation by June of next year.
8. I hope that one day I can use my artistic talent to support myself.
9. Comics are a guilty pleasure of mine.
10. I like to play the trumpet every once in a while (did I state this already?).
11. I once learned to play La Cucaracha string by string on my dad’s guitar.
12. I used to be fluent in Spanish when I was younger.
13. You can often find me staring out my living room window wondering about life and the cares of the day.
14. I praise Jehovah often whenever I observe the antics of my outdoor kitten. I also love cats, so that’s probably a good reason as well.
15. People have told me that I had a New Jersey accent during my childhood.
16. I’m not used to getting a lot of praise and flattery at once and tend to clam up whenever that happens.
17. I want to visit Korea one day.
18. South Africa, as well.
19. Whenever I see the end of the United By Divine Teaching vid (the one on the International Convention in the early 1990s), I always cry at the end. (I’ll probably bawl when we leave New Orleans in June.)
20. I’m on a mission to finish every art project/drawing that I start on. Well, the recent ones at least.
