Maybe it's just me but it irks me a lil that fans want to see Leo thrown out a window since hes stepping up as leader and like. This show has genuine heartfelt and tearjerker moments, I understand the need for angst but I dont like how they're just focusing on having leo angst throughout the movie and that's coming from a leo stan 😭 just felt like sharing cuz you're the only rise fan with opinions I respect fjsjfkeskjf
!!! Yeah like i get joking bc thats a “Leo Tradition” but i see a lot of fans more excited about the physical injuries he’ll receive than like the movie’s affect on them all as a whole.
Honestly it’s looking to be a Leo focused movie but im really eager to see how the events of the movie help him grow as a character more than just what whump they’ll give us !!
Like sometimes i do think ppl like torturing a character but forget that the character has to have depth and growth too advfbjn. Like if the mivie is just a Leo hurt fest without him learning how to trust himself like he does his family then whats the point?
(Sidnenote: I find it such a fun concept too bc leo and raph are almost foils of each other where raph was putting so much on himself, thinking it was only up to him to generate plans, that he forgot to rely on his family-
and i think leo absolutely trusts his family and while it seems like he trusts himself his confidence is a guise for his insecurities. he doesnt find it possible to make key decisions alone due to feeling like no one will go along with it or trust him. Its a very interesting contrast!!)
