i love being a part of my local music scene because you will see so much... a random solo artist on the bill no one really knows performs a fucking soul shattering beautiful set and disappears into the ether forever never to be seen again. the band that everyone came to see does the worst cover of war pigs you have ever heard in your life and brings someone on stage who doesnt even know the lyrics. popularity does not indicate quality etc etc
