This week we spent a few days at our farm in the Catskills--a trip we've taken every year for the past 5. It's a chance at the end of the summer for our incredibly hard-working crew to relax and get some fresh air and take a look at what we do in the rocky soil of Greene County. We do a little farm work, a lot of eating, and a fair amount of drinking and burning things.
