HEY HO LETS GO

I had a blast of a weekend with my friends; lots of drinking, lots of smoking, lots of slacking around but now im back home and all of this is going to end. My body is asking for a change and I am going to provide it! I start university tomorrow and will slowly slide back into some sort of routine.

This week’s to-do list:

- Take progress pictures and upload them to tumblr.

- Take measurements and write them down somewhere (probably here as well).

- Weigh myself and prepare weekly/monthly goals.

- Count macros everyday.

- Start drinking 2l of water everyday again.

- Prepare detox water.

Mmm right now I can't think of anything else but I’ll keep on adding things. Right now my main goal is to make it through one whole week of counting macros without fucking about, but I WILL make it through this time. I also have one pack of cigarettes left and hopefully I won’t buy any after this one. I also want to cut down on coffee and only have it when I’m real tired in the mornings; not cause of anything, but because I don't want my braces to go yellow!

another thing i have noticed

is that i'm starting to get more eggsited lately ! a) for nicole. duh ! b) for dan's band opportunity !! c) TO SEE MY BROTHERS (and sisters) !!! d) always learning new things about the way my God works :) AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!
