A touch of Hartwin Fluff
Sometimes Harry went away on long business trips and Eggsy wasn't always able to go. And sometimes, Eggsy had to go on missions that took him away from him for weeks at a time. It were times like these that his hands needed to stay busy. He would never tell Harry, not in a million years. He wasn't sure why. Just something about it didn't seem.... proper? But Nan had taught him and still to this day, Eggsy would crack out his knitting needles when he needed to keep his hands busy or take his mind off of something. It was nice to be able to create something once in a while. Harry is no idiot. He had received many hand knitted sweaters and scarves through his life that he knew one a mile off. "Eggsy?" He held the soft dark green fabric up. It set his brown eyes off perfectly. "Where did you find this!?" Harry was in awe. It was a really well knitted sweater and it looked like it had been knitted just to his size. "Oh.... uh...." Harry would know if he lied but he didn’t know how to say it. "Wait. Did... Did you make this?" And the look of absolute fondness that washed over his face made Eggsy feel almost shy. "My Nan taught me..." He tried to explain, picking at a piece of wrapping paper that was in his lap. "You're full of surprises, aren't you?" Harry grinned, leaning over to kiss his husband on the cheek. "You realize I'm going to want on in every color now, don't you?" Eggsy grinned in return... there were about 4 other boxes already under the tree. They had had a busy year that year.
