I’m just made up atoms floating through space and time.

I’m nothing but a fraction of a nanosecond to the universe.

One moment i’m here, the next i’ll be gone.

I’m insignificant, but I have the ability to be important, if I wanted to. I have the energy of the entire universe surging through my veins. 

We’re all connected, because we all have each other’s energy.

And when we acknowledge that connection, it’s so powerful. It’s so beautiful, we create and we listen. 

There is no I.

There is we. We’re all on this planet at the same time,  We can reduce our pain and suffering together, We can do so much good, why do we choose the bad? We can stop the egoistic death of animals, We can be forgiving, understanding, accepting. We can recognise that we’re all different, yet we have the same energy inside our souls.

We can eat better, live better. We were born into a planet so advanced in technology and medicine. We have our beliefs and our religions. We have our thoughts and feelings.

We can be so kind. 

Let’s be kind. To each other, to mother nature, to ourselves.
