Yeah I can see that, I just re-downloaded the file since my Steam isnât opening - thatâs super odd. Have you tried making a new account, setting it as admin rights and installing Steam there? If it works, then your particular account has a reg error.
well i tried to download it on the admin account and it didn't work there either  so i don't think that's the problem. o_o aaah man it's whatever i'll live. i've just wasted about 6 dollars on one of their sales haha...

I..I think you have the wrong thing downloaded then? An MSI file is not an executable file type unless youâre inâŠlinux I think but idk for sure. Where did you dl steam from? Should be a .exe file
i downloaded it from their main website so it's definitely the correct file and msi files should normally run as installation packages. it's just that my admin policies have blocked it.Â

What OS are you running? Also, have you tried to right click >run as admin?
i'm running windows 7, and msi files don't have that option. which is why i was terribly confused. )8

omg i just capture all the pretty pets with nets. you can get those for 20k in the explore shop & they're thankfully unlimited because it seems the restocks are glitched rn.
but otherwise PURE LUCK. though i've gotten a few other level 60 and 70 pets recently too hehehe
